Coffe delights biscuits

Something sweet to eat while you drink your coffe in the morning. A good way to start a day when you are on Dukan diet.
Serves 2 (or 2 days)
Ingredients:
-1 egg
- 4 tablespoons oat bran
- 2 tablespoons wheat bran
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons fat free yogurt
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- few drops of vanilla flavouring

Shirataki Carbonara

Dukan allows us to eat pasta, but only shirataki konjac. Today I propose you to try some carbonara pasta.

Ingredients:
-250 gr. Konjac Shirataki Noodles
-2-3 sliced turkey ham
-250 gr low-fat cheese
-1 egg yolk
-salt and pepper

Gingerbread

It is so teasty and it`s all for dukan diet. Hope you enjoy it as I did (and my little boy).

Serves 2

Ingredients:

-2 eggs

- 4 tablespoons oat bran

- 2 tablespoons wheat bran

- 2 tablespoons cornstarch (tolerated)

- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 3 tablespoons liquid sweetener

Chicken curry

A good way to pass over an Attack day or a PP day. Just taste the chicken curry dukan style recipe.

Ingredients:
-4 drumsticks
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 low-fat yogurt
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons curry
- Salt and pepper
Remove skin from drumsticks first, and then cut them in several places. Lay the drumsticks in a bowl and sprinkle them with lemon juice. In a separate bowl mix the yogurt, curry, garlic, salt and pepper and stir to obtain a smooth paste. Pour this on drumsticks and mix it and then let it soak in the refrigerator for 6-7 hours, turning pieces of meat 2-3 times during this time.
