Panettone Dukan

Serves 4

Ingredients:

-4 eggs

- 4 tbsp oat bran

- 2 tbsp powder skimmed milk

- 2 tbsp low-fat cheese

- 2 tbsp cornstarch

- 3-4 tbsp sweetener powder (to taste)

- 1 tsp baking powder

- Vanilla flavoring

- 4 tbsp goji berry

Cod gratin with mushrooms

Serves 2

Ingredients:

-400 g cod fillets

- 6 garlic cloves

- 2 bay leaves

- ½ bunch of green parsley

- 200 g of mushrooms

- 200 ml vegetable broth (or water)

- 1 yogurt (150 g)

- 2 tablespoons low-fat cheese

Chicken with yogurt and cinnamon

Pure Proteine days and the Attack days are the most difficult for Dukan dieters, in most cases. Therefore, here is a new recipe for this Dukan difficult days. Cinnamon gives a special flavor to chicken pieces, so get to work with confidence!

Ingredients:

-300 – 400 g chicken breast (or boneless thighs)

- 300 g yogurt

- ½ tbsp rosemary

 - ½ tbsp basil

- ½ tbsp cinnamon

- salt

Mustard Chicken Skewers

Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 1 pounds boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1 1/2 inch chunks
- 2 tablespoons of mustard
- 2-3 tablespoons of yogurt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- A clove of garlic
- 200 ml warm water

- 3 tbsp wheat bran
- 4 tbsp quark
- 3 tbsp sweetener
