Baked chicken with mushrooms and eggs

Ingredients:

-2 skinless chicken thighs

- 250-300 g sliced mushrooms

-2-3 tbsp of tomato juice

- 2 eggs

Tuna muffins

Ingredients:

-2 eggs

- 2 tbsp oat bran

- 1 tbsp wheat bran

- 3 tbsp fat free yogurt

- 1 can of tuna in its own juice (185 g)

- ½ tsp baking powder

- Salt, pepper, herbs mix

Cinnamon cake

Ingredients:

-3 eggs

- 4 tbsp oat bran

- 2 tbsp wheat bran

- 6 tbsp skimmed powder milk

- sweetener to taste

-2 tbsp fat free yogurt

- 2 tsp cinnamon

Tuna stuffed eggs

Ingredients:

-6 hard boiled eggs

- 2 tbsp fat free cheese

- 1 5oz can of tuna

- salt, pepper

How to prepare:

Baked mushrooms and cauliflower

Ingredients:

-250 g mushrooms

- ½ 1 head cauliflower, broken into flowerets

- 200 ml skimmed milk

- 1 tbsp starch

- 150 g fat free yogurt

- 3 eggs

- 1 tomato (optional)

- Salt and pepper
