Cheese and turkey Casserole

Ingredients:

- 300 g ground turkey

- 300 g fat free ricotta or cottage cheese

- 2 eggs

- salt, pepper

- some shredded fat free Cheddar cheese

 How to prepare:

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Beef meatballs with konjac rice

Ingredients:

-1 pound ground beef (500 g)

- 1 small onion, finely chopped

-1 small garlic clove, minced

-1 large egg

- 1 green onion (only the green part)

- Spices (salt, pepper, garlic powder)

- 8 ounces konjac rice (250 g)

- 3 tablespoons finely chopped flat-leaf parsley and dill
