Yogurt jelly with rum, vanilla and cinnamon
Ingredients:
- 300 g fat free greek yogurt
- 50 ml skimmed milk
- 3-4 tablespoon sweetener
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
- few drops of rum essence
- 6 gelatine leaves
How to prepare:
Soak gelatine leaves in cold water. Bring milk to a soft boil.
In a medium bowl combine yogurt, sweetener, vanilla and rum.
Dissolve gelatine leaves in milk and slowly pour into yogurt mixture stirring well.
Pour into a prepared pan and refrigerate for 3 hours, decorate with cinnamon.
