Dukan Waffles
Do you like waffle? Now you can prepare and eat them even if you are on diet.
Ingredients:
-2 eggs
- 3-4 tbsp fat free yogurt
- 2 tbsp oat bran
- 3 tbsp skimmed powder milk
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2-3 tbsp sweetener
- Essence of vanilla / lemon zest
- 1 tsp baking powder
Meringue Cake
One of my favourite dukan desert. Not a difficult recipe, it will take you about 10 minutes to prepare and another 35-40 to cook in the oven.
Ingredients for the base:
-3 egg yolks
- 4 tbsp oat bran
- 2 tbsp wheat bran
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- 4 tbsp skimmed powder milk
- 150 g fat free yogurt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3-4 tbsp sweetener
Fresh salad with broccoli and surimi
A fresh salad, dukan recipe, that you can eat it anytime on your PV days! Hope you like because it is easy to prepare and you can eat it at home or while you are away.
Ingredients:
- 1 head broccoli
-8 surimi sticks
- 150 g fat free yogurt
- 1-2 tsp lemon juice
- salt
- pepper
Shrimp Sautéed
This is a very easy to do dukan recipe that I found it here and I propose it to you to.
Ingredients:
-400 g shrimp, peeled, deveined, and rinsed
-2 garlic cloves, crushed
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
- 4 tbsp dry white wine
- half fresh lemon
Provençal Chicken
One easy recipe that you can enjoy with a fresh salad made of combine vegetables or some fresh salad with yogurt and cucumber.
Ingredients:
-2 chicken thighs
- 1 bunch green onions (2-3 wires)
- 3 tomatoes
- 3 cloves of garlic
- salt and pepper
- ½ tsp oregano
- 1 tbsp capers (optional)
