Cinnamon muffins

Best dukan muffins that I have ever tasted. I found it on Maria Martinez website and I did it, and it was delicious.

Ingredients:

-4 tbsp oat bran

- 2 tbsp wheat bran (1 tbsp per day allowed from attack phase)

- 6 tbsp skimmed powder milk (considered adjuvant and allowed from the attack phase, but limited to 3 tbsp day)

- 2 tbsp fat-free cheese

- 2 eggs

- 1 tsp baking powder

- 3 tbsp sweetener (or to your taste)

- 1 tsp cinnamon

Rhubarb Tart

Rhubarb is usually considered to be a vegetable; however, in the United States, a New York court decided in 1947 that since it was used in the United States as a fruit, it was to be counted as a fruit for the purposes of regulations and duties (Wikipedia, 2013). It is successfully used for cooking tarts, pie, sauces etc.

Ingredients:
-3 eggs

- 4 tbsp oat bran

- 4-5 tbsp of skimmed powder milk

- 2 tbsp corn starch

- 2 tbsp quark or fat free yogurt

- ½ tsp baking powder

- 3 tbsp sweetener (or up to your taste)

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Surimi Chips

Do you miss eating chips while on diet? Now it`s very easy because you can eat this surimi chips!

Ingredients:

-8-10 surimi sticks (crab sticks)

- salt

- oregano

How to prepare:

Preheat the oven at 200oC.

Fresh salad with yogurt and cucumber

One simple fresh salad for a hot summer dukan diet day!

Serves 1

Ingredients:

- 150 g fat free yogurt

- 2 scallions, thinly sliced

- 2 cucumbers

- 2-3 mint leaves

- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

-2 tbsp chopped fresh dill

- Salt and pepper

Mediterranean Chicken

Easy to make, good for your dukan diet days. Hope you will enjoy it too.

Serves 2-3

Ingredients:

- 1 large chicken breast fillets

- Spices – oregano, basil, cinnamon, paprika, pepper, salt (one pinch each)

- 1 tbsp of olive oil (just from the cruise phase)

- 1 tbsp lemon juice

- ½ tsp grated lemon peel
