Dukan kefta kebab
Serves 2
Ingredients:
-500 g of ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped very fine
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- some hot ground pepper
Turkey Ham Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients:
-3 slices turkey ham (2%-4% fat content)
- 10-12 crimini mushrooms (or champignon)
- 2 tablespoons of quark or cottage cheese
- salt, pepper
- fresh drill
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Remove mushroom stems (set aside caps) and chop the stems.
Creamy mushroom soup
Serves – 3
Ingredients:
- 500 g of sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 carrot (tolerated)
- 1 onion
- ½ celery
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 250 ml of fresh cream (3% fat) or quark cheese
- 1 bouquet of herbs (tarragon, sage, and/or other)
Gazpacho
Gazpacho is a tomato-based, vegetable soup, traditionally served cold, originating in the southern Spanish region of Andalucía. Gazpacho is widely consumed in Spanish cuisine, as well as in neighboring country Portugal, where it is known as gaspacho. Gazpacho is mostly consumed during the summer months, due to its refreshing qualities and cold serving temperature. Be carefull because it is very spicy!

- 6 ripe tomatoes or 300 g of tomato pasta
- 1 onion
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 1 bell pepper
- 120 g of celery
- 2 tbsp of vinegar

How much I love this dessert! It was the first dukan dessert that I have tried and it was love at first bite.

Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons oat bran
- 2-3 spoons liquid sweetener (or up to your taste)
- 500 g Quark cheese
- 1 teaspoon fat free (or reduced-fat) cocoa (tolerated)
- different types of flavouring (vanilla, lemon, orange)
