Cheese cake

How much I love this dessert! It was the first dukan dessert that I have tried and it was love at first bite.

Serves 1

Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons oat bran
- 2-3 spoons liquid sweetener (or up to your taste)
- 500 g Quark cheese
- 1 teaspoon fat free (or reduced-fat) cocoa (tolerated)
- different types of flavouring  (vanilla, lemon, orange)

Fish and carrot chips

I like fish, almost all kind. Here is a dukan recipe that I took it from here!

Ingredients:

  • 2 sea bream
  • 2 large carrots, peeled and cut into long pieces (not for Attack or PP days)
  • 2 tablespoons oat bran (you can use 3 tablespoons in Consolidation)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped tarragon
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons corn starch
  • 1 egg, beaten

Spanish Chicken

A good way to eat the chicken on PP days, or even on Attack Phase! It is easy to make it, takes abaout 10 minutes to prepare and 45 minutes to bake.

Serves – 3,4

Ingredients:

-    6-8  chicken thighs

-    1  onion, thinly sliced

-    2 tsp  paprika

-    zest and juice 1/2 lemon

-    good handful  parsley, roughly chopped

Dukan bread

I missed most on dukan diet the tasty sandwiches, but I discover the dukan bread and now I can eat them.
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
-4 tablespoons fat free cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp dry yeast or 1 tbsp baking powder
- 4 tablespoons oat bran,
- 2 tablespoons wheat bran,
-salt
Preaheat the oven to 180oC/350oF/Gas4.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour mixture into a small silicone tray. You can also use some silicone reusable baking cups or use the muffins tray to make some bread rolls. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
Enjoy it!

Coffe delights biscuits

Something sweet to eat while you drink your coffe in the morning. A good way to start a day when you are on Dukan diet.
Serves 2 (or 2 days)
Ingredients:
-1 egg
- 4 tablespoons oat bran
- 2 tablespoons wheat bran
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons fat free yogurt
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- few drops of vanilla flavouring
