Cinnamon muffins

Best dukan muffins that I have ever tasted. I found it on Maria Martinez website and I did it, and it was delicious.

Ingredients:

-4 tbsp oat bran

- 2 tbsp wheat bran (1 tbsp per day allowed from attack phase)

- 6 tbsp skimmed powder milk (considered adjuvant and allowed from the attack phase, but limited to 3 tbsp day)

- 2 tbsp fat-free cheese

- 2 eggs

- 1 tsp baking powder

- 3 tbsp sweetener (or to your taste)

- 1 tsp cinnamon

Surimi Chips

Do you miss eating chips while on diet? Now it`s very easy because you can eat this surimi chips!

Ingredients:

-8-10 surimi sticks (crab sticks)

- salt

- oregano

How to prepare:

Preheat the oven at 200oC.

Mediterranean Chicken

Easy to make, good for your dukan diet days. Hope you will enjoy it too.

Serves 2-3

Ingredients:

- 1 large chicken breast fillets

- Spices – oregano, basil, cinnamon, paprika, pepper, salt (one pinch each)

- 1 tbsp of olive oil (just from the cruise phase)

- 1 tbsp lemon juice

- ½ tsp grated lemon peel

Roast turkey breast

Ingredients:

-400-500 g turkey breast without bones

- 2 tbsp olive oil (not for attack phase)

- Spices and herbs (paprika, salt, pepper, basil, thyme, rosemary, granulated garlic or whatever you like)

How to prepare:

Chicken with rosemary and curry

An easy recipe that will only take you about 5 minutes to prepare and 30-35 minutes to cook. Try it and let me know if you like it!

-2 (or more) skinless chicken thighs

- 2 cloves of garlic

- 1 tbsp of curry

- 150 ml fat-free chicken broth

- 5-6 strands of rosemary

- Salt and pepper
