Goji Berry cake


Today`s recipe is a simple one. You can eat it while you drink your coffe or your tea, but you can also take with you at work.

Ingredients:

-3 eggs

- 4 tbsp oat bran

- 5 tbsp powder skimmed milk

- 1 tbsp corn starch (only from cruise phase)

- 2 tbsp fat free yogurt

- 3-4 tbsp of sweetener (or to taste)

- 3 tbsp dry goji berry

- 1 tsp baking powder

Salmon and tuna appetizer

An appetizer easy to make and delicious, if you like fish.

Serves – 2

Ingredients:

-3 eggs

- 4 tbsp oat bran

- 1 tbsp fat free cheese or 2 tbsp fat free yogurt

- 2 scallions (only the green part)

- 200 g light tuna in water, drained, flaked

- 3-4 slices of smoked salmon

- salt, pepper, chilli

- 1 tsp baking powder

Pizza with chicken for Attack phase and PP days


Ingredients for dough:

-1 egg

- 1 ½ tbsp fat free cheese

-2 tbsp oat bran (1 ½ tbsp to attack phase)

- 1 tbsp wheat bran (allowed)

- 1 tbsp skimmed powder milk (allowed up to 3 tbsp/day)

- salt

- garlic flakes

- ½ tsp dry yeast

Topping:

-1 ½ tbsp of fat-free cheese

- 1 egg

Cinnamon muffins

Best dukan muffins that I have ever tasted. I found it on Maria Martinez website and I did it, and it was delicious.

Ingredients:

-4 tbsp oat bran

- 2 tbsp wheat bran (1 tbsp per day allowed from attack phase)

- 6 tbsp skimmed powder milk (considered adjuvant and allowed from the attack phase, but limited to 3 tbsp day)

- 2 tbsp fat-free cheese

- 2 eggs

- 1 tsp baking powder

- 3 tbsp sweetener (or to your taste)

- 1 tsp cinnamon

Rhubarb Tart

Rhubarb is usually considered to be a vegetable; however, in the United States, a New York court decided in 1947 that since it was used in the United States as a fruit, it was to be counted as a fruit for the purposes of regulations and duties (Wikipedia, 2013). It is successfully used for cooking tarts, pie, sauces etc.

Ingredients:
-3 eggs

- 4 tbsp oat bran

- 4-5 tbsp of skimmed powder milk

- 2 tbsp corn starch

- 2 tbsp quark or fat free yogurt

- ½ tsp baking powder

- 3 tbsp sweetener (or up to your taste)

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
