Cherry Tomato Clafoutis – Dukan style
Clafoutis comes from France and is primarily a cherry dessert recipe. Its origins are found in the Limousin region of France in the nineteenth century. The name comes from “clafir” which means “to fill” and already gives us an important clue about how it is prepared. Currently clafoutis can be done in several versions, either sweet or savory.
I propose you today a different clafoutis (savory), made in dukan style.
Serves – 3
Ingredients:
-16 Cherry tomatoes
- 4 eggs
- 3 tbsp fat-free cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp of quark (optional)
- 3 tbsp corn starch (or 2 tbsp oat bran)
- 150 ml skimmed milk

Here you have another way to prepare this magical konjac pasta. It is an easy meal to prepare that it will only take you about 30 minutes to prepare. And it is a dukan recipe for shore.
Serves -2
Ingredients:
-300 g minced chicken (half a larger brest)
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 200 ml fat-free chicken broth
- 1 small carrot
- 1 can peeled and diced tomatoes
- green basil leaves

Lemon Mousse Cake
It may sounds a little bit complicated to do this cake, but I assure you that it isn`t at all. And it matters all the effort! It is the most delicious dukan dessert that I have ever eat!
Ingredients for the crust (18 cm diameter round tray):
-2 eggs
- 2 tbsp oat bran
- 2 tbsp wheat bran
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp powder skimmed milk
- 1 tbsp fat-free fromage frais
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp sweetener
- 1 tbsp grated lemon zest
- Vanilla flavouring
Cream Ingredients:
-2 egg yolks
- 250 g quark or fat free ricotta

Ingredients:
-500 g fat-free fromage frais
- 1 fat-free yogurt
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp goji berry
- 4 tbsp of Splenda (or up to your taste)
- vanilla flavouring
- Rum flavouring
