Dukan Rum Brownie

Ingredients:

-3 eggs

- 4 tbsp oat bran

- 2 tbsp wheat bran

- 6 tbsp powder skimmed milk

- sweetener to taste

-2 tbsp fat free yogurt

- 1 tbsp instant coffee

- 1 tbsp defatted cocoa

- ½ tsp baking powder

Syrup ingredients :

-150 ml skimmed milk

- rum essence to taste

Dukan Beef Kebabs

Ingredients for the marinade:

-3 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce (sugar free)

- 3 tablespoon lemon juice

- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

- ½ teaspoon ginger

- 1 pinch of cayenne pepper

- salt

- 1 teaspoon sweetener

Pumpkin pancakes

Ingredients:

-2 eggs

- 2 tbs oat bran

- 1 tbs corn starch

- 2 tbs of pumpkin jam

- 2 tbs low-fat cheese

- 1-2 tbs sweetener

Appetizer with zucchini

Ingredients:

-2 tomato

-1 zucchini

-1 green pepper

- 250 g fat free cheese

- 2-3 eggs

-salt, pepper, oregano

How to prepare. Wash vegetables and slice it into rings. Add in a heat resistant bowl the vegetables in layers (zucchini, red peppers, cheese).

Chicken flavored

Ingredients:

-1 Chicken breast cut into strips

- Spices – cinnamon, marjoram, rosemary, oregano, thyme, mint, granulated garlic, salt, pepper (one ¼ teaspoon of each)

- 4-5 slices of lemon

- 1 tbsp olive oil (from the cruise phase)
