Meringue Cake

One of my favourite dukan desert. Not a difficult recipe, it will take you about 10 minutes to prepare and another 35-40 to cook in the oven.

Ingredients for the base:

-3 egg yolks

- 4 tbsp oat bran

- 2 tbsp wheat bran

- 2 tbsp corn starch

- 4 tbsp skimmed powder milk

- 150 g fat free yogurt

- 1 tsp baking powder

- 3-4 tbsp sweetener

Dukan Cherry Pie


This is a dukan recipe that is for the stabilization phases only. The fruits are allowed in the Dukan diet starting with the consolidation phase, don`t forget, but cherries are allowd from stabilization!

Ingredients:

-3 eggs

- 4 tbsp of oat bran

- 150 g fat free yogurt

- 2 tbsp corn starch

- 4 tbsp skimmed powder milk

- 1 tsp baking powder

- 3-4 tbsp sweetener (to taste)

- 1 cup of cherries

- Vanilla flavoring

Milchschnitte Cake

I hope you will enjoy this simple dessert, but a very tastefull one.

Ingredients for the dough:

-2 whole eggs + 2 egg yolks

- 4 tbsp oat bran

- 4 tbsp powder skimmed milk

- 150 g yogurt

- 3-4 tbsp sweetener (up to your taste)

-1 tbsp cocoa

Sweet flavoured Dessert

For the hot summer days I propose you a good refreshing dessert, easy to make.

Ingredients:

-500 g quark cheese (any soft cheese)

- 150 g fat free yogurt

- 2-3 tbsp liquid sweetener

- 6 sheets of gelatine or 2 tsp of powder gelatine

- 5 tbsp skimmed milk (or prepared coffee, if you like)

- vanilla or any other essence you like

Goji Berry cake


Today`s recipe is a simple one. You can eat it while you drink your coffe or your tea, but you can also take with you at work.

Ingredients:

-3 eggs

- 4 tbsp oat bran

- 5 tbsp powder skimmed milk

- 1 tbsp corn starch (only from cruise phase)

- 2 tbsp fat free yogurt

- 3-4 tbsp of sweetener (or to taste)

- 3 tbsp dry goji berry

- 1 tsp baking powder
